    • In a cocktail shaker (or a jar with a lid), combine the espresso, 2 tablespoons of the brown sugar syrup, and a generous handful of ice cubes.
    • Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. This step is key to creating that frothy, smooth texture.
  4. Add Cold Foam:
    • Froth the oat milk using a frother or blend it in a blender until it’s light and foamy.
    • Pour the frothed oat milk over the shaken espresso.
  5. Assemble and Serve:
    • Strain the shaken espresso into a tall glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
    • Slowly pour the frothed oat milk on top for that dreamy layered look.
